For perfect poached eggs, bring 2" of water to boil in saucepan with lid. Brush inside of silicone cup with butter or cooking spray. Crack an egg into an egg poacher cup and carefully place the cup in the boiling water. Place lid on pot and cook 4-7 minutes, depending on size of egg and desired degree of doneness. Remove pod from water with slotted spoon and slide egg out of pod. Set of 4 blue cups.
